Hey everyone, welcome back for another real estate market update. I might be starting to sound like a broken record, but it’s true: the market is still flat in our area. We have seen the average list price go up by about 4%, but the average sale price has dropped about 3%.
One positive sign is the number of properties sold, which is up 11%. Even though prices aren’t increasing, inventory is moving. Buyers are still out there taking advantage of historically low interest rates under 4%.
Finally, the average days on market is down 5%.
